HVAC & Plumbing Service Warranty

Core Mechanical Group LLC stands behind the quality of our HVAC and Plumbing services. A warranty will be provided for eligible repairs upon completion of the service. If you experience the same issue within up to 3 months of the original repair, please contact us and we will inspect the issue and determine the appropriate warranty service.

Warranty Terms and Guidelines

• The warranty applies only to the specific repair or replacement performed by Core Mechanical Group LLC.
• The warranty does not cover unrelated components or systems that were not serviced during the original visit.
• The warranty is valid only for the stated warranty period and becomes void after expiration.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper operation, accidents, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors, including power surges, flooding, freezing, fire, or other natural events.
• The warranty is void if repairs or modifications are performed by anyone other than Core Mechanical Group LLC after the original service.
• Drain clogs, sewer backups, and blockages caused by foreign objects, grease, wipes, or improper use are not covered under warranty unless specifically stated in writing.
• If a new failure occurs that is unrelated to the original repair, additional diagnostic and repair charges may apply.
