Cancellation Policy

At Core Mechanical Group LLC, we require at least 3 (three) business hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling, unless the appointment was booked for the same day. Same-day appointments cannot be canceled. If you are calling outside of business hours, please DO NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL.

A service appointment can only be canceled by speaking with a live representative. A cancellation confirmation code will be provided during the call. Failure to comply with this cancellation policy may result in a reduced service call fee of $120. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.

This policy applies to all HVAC and Plumbing service appointments provided by Core Mechanical Group LLC.
